聲明寫道，拜登與菅義偉對於 #中國 在印太區域及世界與國際秩序不符的作法，以及中國使用經濟或其他形式的脅迫手段，共同表示關切，

「我們強調 #台海 和平與穩定的重要性，並鼓勵和平解決兩岸問題。 我們也對 #香港 和 #新疆 維吾爾自治區的人權狀況表示嚴重關切。」

“We underscore the importance of peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait and encourage the peaceful resolution of cross-Strait issues. We share serious concerns regarding the human rights situations in Hong Kong and the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region”
